In critical parts management, Heron Air is able to develop and carry out a correct planning of supply of the above mentioned parts, taking into consideration the requirements of the final customer that, in some cases, should find a significant difficulty in maintaining the presence of parts that result difficult to supply.

The warehouse is typically managed with a dedicated program in which they are inserted all materials divided into categories.

This application can be provided by the customer or developed by Heron Air staff according to the needs of the customer with the application of security protocols typically used in military defense and security.

In relation to the information provided by the customer or previous feasibility study carried out by Heron Air, parts subject to critical issues are monitored and incorporated into the management software that, at the reached point of the default value, starts the procurement process
